Job Description
E&A is looking for qualified Account Managers in several areas of the US including our Morrisville, NC office. Primary responsibility is to drive IT training market share for Fast Lane across all product lines within a list of assigned accounts and reseller partners while also following up on leads generated from an assigned territory. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and achievement-based commission income.
Specific responsibilities are to:
- Achieve revenue objectives
- Prospect and close training business within the assigned account list and territory
- Identify customer needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities of partnering with Fast Lane
- Coordinate product presentations, demonstrations and proposals
- Respond to RFQs
- Communicate with internal Fast Lane departments including operations, product management and marketing to coordinate successful product deliveries
- Establish relationships with vendor partners and associated channel to help identify and support key customers
- Effectively utilize Fast Lane’s CRM to track pipeline and develop rich customer database
- In conjunction with Marketing team, develop effective marketing plan for the territory
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- 3+ year successful track record of account management and sales
- 3+ years selling professional solutions and services
- Technical knowledge of IT products including Cisco, NetApp and VMware
- Experience selling IT training (preferred)
- Keen focus on achieving revenue objectives
- Ability to develop, articulate and present a business case
- Be an independent, self-motivated worker requiring little supervision
- Excellent communications and writing skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline or equivalent experience

At E&A, a Product Manager (PM) works on the Product Line Management (PLM) team to help achieve revenue and profit targets. The PM creates and manages tactical planning through collaboration with sales, marketing and internal operations teams. The PM is responsible for managing existing products and for launching new products. PM will also work with PLMs on strategic positioning.
The position requires personal attributes such as strong organizational and communication skills; an understanding of relevant technology and industry trends; technical marketing and writing skills, and the ability to work with and motivate sales and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
General Management & Business Development
- Identifying, developing, launching and improving products
- Ensuring compliance with vendor contracts
- Identifying sales leads/opportunities
- Supporting sales in closing opportunities
- Working with PLM to execute E&A’s product strategy
- Monitoring quality assurance metrics for overall customer satisfaction and instructor performance
- Ensuring use of best practices for ensuring excellence in training delivery and performance
- Reviewing student evaluation responses to identify areas for improvement
Innovation and Product Line Management
- Developing business cases for proposed new products
- Performing product implementation planning, communication and collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Sales and World Wide lab team
- Monitoring project plans to ensure they meet or exceed on-time, on-budget and quality parameters
- Creating product masters and maintenance of CRM and Web site data
- Working closely with Marketing to create product marketing campaigns, define product value statements and develop marketing copy
- Supporting sales team by assisting with the definition/delivery of custom projects and acting in a sales engineering and support role for associated products
- Providing product training to sales and partners
- Understanding E&A’s competition and determining how to best compete with them.
Planning and Forecasting
- Conducting market analyses to determine product viability, value and positioning

INSTRUCTOR PROFILE Must be able to perform both live classroom and virtual classroom training, while able to convey technical or sales information into easy concepts.

Job Description
E&A is looking for a qualified Inside Sales Representative to work in our Stafford, VA headquarters. This position is an entry level position, 1 year of previous experience in a lead generation role is preferred. Each Inside Sales Representative will be given a geographic territory and will align with Regional Account Manager/s. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This person must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, assessing customer needs, qualifying prospects and closing sales. In addition the ISR will be identifying opportunities for follow up by the RAM/s. Compensation will include a competitive base salary and monthly management bonus objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Achieving daily call plans
- Prospect and close training business within assigned opportunities
- Identify and understand customer needs and interests then effectively communicate benefits and opportunities of training with E&A

Quality Course Delivery
- Follow up on all students who attended open enrollment programs
- Review and follow up on class evaluations
- Speak with product managers and operations about delivery issues
- Complete full circle follow up on customer satisfaction issues and resolution
Customer conversation and follow up
- Follow up on inbound web questions from customers
- Follow up on online web registrations
- Find answers to customer questions so you can correctly answer
- Forward buyers to RAM based on need
- Reach out to past individual customers to offer follow on services
- Handle class cancellation calls as requested by RAM
- Maintain history of customer conversations in CRM
- Maintain vendor interest and correct contact information of customer in CRM
- Generate leads by calling prospect lists provided by Manger
- Contact customers for follow up regarding payment
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- 1+ year successful track record in lead generation role
